You wake up, You Workout

Today was Friday and I'm not working. I get out of bed after one heck of a good night's rest and head down to chow down on some leftover food just to get that slowed down metabolism up and running once more. Then since I was doing anything much, apart from numbing my brain from the TV waves, I might as well head back upstairs into my room/gym/gaming centre to workout.

I walk up and grab the pair of 10 kg dumbbells that have been my companions for so long in my journey for losing that extra spare tire in my gut and start off. Loud music pounding through my computer speakers, grunts and occasional shouts, and the sound of dumbbells clanging as they hit the floor became a sonic symphony of one. Oh and lots of sweat.

So here am I done with my workout. My shoulders hurt. My triceps feel as if they were split in two and my biceps have been numbed to pain. But I feel good. Thats one accomplishment for today and now I don't have to worry about not working out for the day.

Maybe I should start my day like this more often eh?

Until I have to get back to work again that is haha.
